Book a Youth Tour What you should know in advance - Please read this first
Call Cincinnati Trolley as early as possible! April 1 - June 10 is our busiest time. If you can tour in the fall, winter, or early spring, you have a better selection of dates & times. If you must tour in May / June, please have several dates and times when you call us.
We will send you a contract. Harvey’s T.L.C. Trolleys requires a school district purchase order for the full amount of your tour and your signed contract within 14 days to hold your trolley(s).
Harvey’s T.L.C. Trolleys is proud to provide an informative and fun learning experience. We expect all students to conduct themselves like young ladies and gentlemen while on the tour. Teachers, chaperones, and students are expected to give their full attention to the tour guide in order to receive full value for the tour. If the group makes it difficult for the driver or tour guide to conduct the tour, the tour may be terminated early without refund to the school.
